Churches and Missionaries Growing Together

Untapped Potential
Some of the greatest assets a Missionary has often go untapped - we're talking about Churches!
Some of the greatest assets a Church has often go untapped - we're talking Missionaries
Missionaries and Churches often live in parallel universes. Each going about their work, living for Christ, sharing the good news, discipling believers, helping those in need - but seldom collaborating.
Can you imagine what would happen if we all worked TOGETHER!!!
Lost Opportunity - Untapped Potential
Every church possesses an army of counselors, accountants, tech geeks, builders, nurses, lawyers, teachers, doctors, VBS Leaders, worship teams...
Missionaries are in continual need of, counselors, accountants, teachers, builders, nurses, VBS leaders, worship teams, tech geeks, lawyers...
Why can't we match our resources with our needs?
Churches and Church Members - Love Your Missionaries 💓
Churches are busy places!!! There are kids programs to run, worship nights to arrange, visitation Sundays, Trunk-or-treat...
Many times missionaries get lost in all the noise - sort of "out of sight out of mind" syndrome!
But we really DO love our missionaries!
So what is the best way to show them our love?
Sometimes showing love is as simple as asking this question:
"How can we serve you better?"
The answer(s) to this one simple question could well be the start to growing a more dynamic, deeper, and impactful church relationship with your missionaries while also challenging some of your under-utilized member's skill sets!
Missionaries - Love Your Churches 💓
Sometimes showing love is as simple as admitting:
"I REALLY need your help!"
How can asking for help show love?
We are typically only vulnerable with those we love!
Admitting your needs could be the first step(s) to a more dynamic, impactful, and loving relationship with your supporting Churches.
Two Are Better Than One
We leave you with the following verses from Ecclesiastes 4:9-12 to ponder as you think about Churches and Missionaries working together:
Two are better than one,
because they have a good return for their labor:
If either of them falls down,
one can help the other up.
But pity anyone who falls
and has no one to help them up.
Also, if two lie down together, they will keep warm.
But how can one keep warm alone?
Though one may be overpowered,
two can defend themselves.
A cord of three strands is not quickly broken.
