I met with a missionary creating two new programs for refugee women in the U.S.:

• Thrive Kitchen – culinary training and dignified employment
• Thrive Pathways –GED prep and life skills

We refined messaging, mapped out how to engage supporters well, and reviewed logos.

It's not just me on our team. We've got three designer on our team in Colombia. This week: I reviewed inflation trends and pay benchmarks to start planning for 2026—because sustainability starts with stewardship.

We started recruiting for our first Missions Lab cohort launching in 2026—a new program designed to help missionaries build digital confidence and raise support with clarity

Testing New Software & AI Tools 🤖
I’m still testing tools like ChatGPT, Airtable, Canva, GiveButter, and Squarespace—so missionaries don’t waste time guessing what works.
